STUDIO G PRESENTS 

November’s exhibit at the Highland Art Center titled “Funk Shei” is a compilation of pieces derived from the various individual classes provided by John E Garrett. Funky, but interesting, here you will find everything from paintings to ceramics (mostly ceramics) created by an assortment of artists that emerged from Studio G’s influence. With themes derived from individual classes this exhibit features the four elements. Water; indoor ceramic water fountains. Earth; living whimsical planters. Fire; historical Mexican trees of life or folk candelabras. Air; vases with air plants. 

Also included in this month’s show you will also find ceramic funky beasts by Studio G, as well as paintings by John Garrett and Susan Alexander.
